Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be approved by emailing support@jesswrappedgems.com

 Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. As a small business, I can not provide return labels unless an error was made.

Earrings

For safety reasons, all earrings are final sale items.

Adjustable Pieces
Please handle adjustable pieces gently as they are easy to bend out of shape. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order details and photos if possible. I’ll work with you to replace or resolve the issue.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please package items carefully to avoid damage to the items.
